Refund and Return Policy for Sewing Pretties

Our mission is to provide the best possible service to our customers. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary and we want to make it as easy as possible.

We have a 30 day return policy. If you wait past the 30 days, we will not refund the price of the item. We may however, offer you a store credit for the item after it’s returned to us.

 If you feel your item is defective, you will need to notify us as soon as you receive the item and include a picture of the problem. Please contact us through the form on our Contact page. You will need to return the item to us before a refund is given.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded as they are final.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email which is available on our contact page. Once we receive the email and verify your purchase, we will contact you with a return address.

Gifts

If your item was purchased with a gift card or as a gift, refunds will only be issued as a store credit.
